This Content Policy governs all content created, uploaded, and shared on Haroo Chat ("Platform"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with these community guidelines and content standards.

Our goal is to foster a creative, respectful community while ensuring compliance with Czech Republic and European Union laws, including the Digital Services Act (DSA).

2. Community Guidelines

All users must adhere to the following principles:

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Haroo Chat:

3.1 Illegal Content

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child exploitation in any form
• Content depicting or promoting terrorism or violent extremism
• Content that facilitates illegal activities (drug trafficking, weapons sales, fraud)
• Copyright-infringing material without authorization
• Content that violates Czech or EU criminal law

3.2 Harmful and Dangerous Content

• Content promoting self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or dangerous substances
• Content encouraging or inciting violence against individuals or groups
• Medical misinformation that could cause serious harm

3.3 Hate Speech and Harassment

• Content that promotes hate, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Targeted harassment, threats, or doxxing of individuals
• Content that dehumanizes or demeans groups of people
• Promotion of hate groups or ideologies

3.4 Exploitation and Abuse

• Non-consensual intimate images or deepfakes
• Content sexualizing minors in any way
• Human trafficking or sexual exploitation
• Content depicting or promoting animal cruelty

3.5 Spam and Manipulation

• Spam, repetitive content, or unsolicited advertising
• Fake accounts or coordinated inauthentic behavior
• Manipulation of the crystal economy or referral systems
• Misleading content designed to deceive users

3.6 Impersonation

• Creating personalities that impersonate real, identifiable individuals without consent
• Impersonating organizations, brands, or public figures
• Misrepresenting affiliation with Haroo Chat or our team

4. Adult (NSFW) Content Policy

4.1 Permitted Adult Content

We allow adult content on our platform, subject to the following requirements:

• All participants must be fictional AI characters (no real individuals)
• Content must be properly labeled as NSFW during personality creation
• Users must confirm they are 18+ before accessing NSFW content
• Content must comply with Czech and EU laws regarding obscenity
• No content depicting or implying minors in sexual situations

4.2 NSFW Labeling Requirements

• Creators must accurately mark personalities as NSFW if they include sexual content
• Personality descriptions and avatars visible to all users must not contain explicit content
• NSFW content is hidden by default and requires age verification
• Mislabeling content to evade age restrictions will result in account suspension

4.3 Prohibited Adult Content

• Any content depicting, describing, or suggesting minors in sexual situations
• Content depicting non-consensual sexual acts
• Content depicting bestiality or necrophilia
• Content that violates Czech criminal law on obscenity

5. User-Generated Personality Standards

5.1 Quality Standards

AI characters must meet minimum quality standards:

• Personalities must have meaningful descriptions (minimum 50 characters)
• Names and descriptions must be clear and not misleading
• Avatars must be appropriate and not contain prohibited content
• Personality traits should be coherent and purposeful

5.2 Creator Responsibilities

• Ensure your personalities comply with this Content Policy
• Accurately label NSFW content
• Respond to moderation requests promptly
• Respect intellectual property rights when creating personalities
• Do not create personalities designed to manipulate or deceive users

5.3 Intellectual Property

• Do not use copyrighted names, likenesses, or branding without permission
• Parody and transformative works may be permitted under fair use principles
• When in doubt, create original characters and avoid commercial brands

6. AI-Generated Chat Content

AI models generate responses dynamically based on personality traits and user input:

• We implement safety filters, but AI may occasionally produce inappropriate content
• Users should report problematic AI responses using the report feature
• We continuously improve safety systems based on user feedback
• Users interact with AI at their own risk and discretion
• AI responses do not represent the views or opinions of Haroo Chat

7. Reporting Violations

7.1 How to Report

If you encounter content that violates this policy:

• Use the in-app report button on personalities or messages

7.2 What to Include

• Direct link or ID of the personality or chat
• Description of the violation and relevant policy section
• Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)

7.3 Report Processing

• We review all reports within 24-72 hours
• Urgent safety reports (CSAM, threats) are prioritized
• We may request additional information during investigation
• You will receive a notification when your report is resolved
• False or malicious reports may result in account penalties

8. Enforcement and Penalties

8.1 Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may take the following actions:

• Warning: First-time minor violations receive a formal warning
• Content Removal: Violating personalities or messages are deleted
• Creator Restrictions: Temporary or permanent ban on creating new personalities
• Account Suspension: Temporary restriction of account access (7-30 days)
• Account Termination: Permanent ban for serious or repeated violations
• Legal Action: Reporting to law enforcement for illegal content

8.2 Immediate Termination Offenses

The following violations result in immediate account termination without warning:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Terrorist content or violent extremism
• Credible threats of violence
• Coordinated manipulation or fraud
• Repeated violations after suspension

8.3 Enforcement Factors

We consider the following when determining penalties:

• Severity of the violation
• Intent (accidental vs. deliberate)
• Prior violation history
• Harm caused to others
• Cooperation with moderation team

9. Appeals Process

9.1 How to Appeal

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error:

• Submit an appeal to info@click-click.cz within 30 days
• Include your account information and case reference number
• Provide a clear explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect
• Include any supporting evidence or context

9.2 Appeal Review

• Appeals are reviewed by a different moderator than the original decision-maker
• We respond to appeals within 7 business days
• Decisions may be upheld, modified, or overturned based on evidence
• If your appeal is denied, the decision is final

9.3 Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution (EU)

Under the EU Digital Services Act, you may use certified out-of-court dispute settlement bodies. Information on certified bodies is available at the European Commission website.

10. Transparency and Accountability

In accordance with the Digital Services Act, we commit to:

• Publish transparency reports on content moderation actions
• Clearly communicate reasons for enforcement actions
• Maintain an accessible appeals process

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Content Policy as our platform evolves and legal requirements change. Significant changes will be announced via email or platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
